  Pick two point and Enter name text, Program inerts two PLM blocks referencing angle of two point. 
  Program writes the name text. The Insrted block is '\BLOCKS\L\PLM.DWG'. You can change or modify this block
 
   Example
  Pick middle point: {p1}       [Pick middle point of the neme text to be written]
  Enter angle: 30 or {p2} [Enter the angle or  Pick a point(p2) form p1
  Enter text: STEEL BOX        [Enter name text]
