Draw bearing block(side view).

  There is bearing block between substructure(abutment, pier) and super structure.
This porgram draws rebars of bearing block.
Bearing block consist of block rebars and split rebars.
You can enter data by using dialog box.
There is no something special.

If dot rebar is outside of screen. It is not possible to draw marking that rebars. 
It is recommended to zoom out enough.
