Draw splice plate using dialog box
 
  File name : SPLICE.LSP

  This program get sume data from dialog box, draws splice plate and bolt hole. 
You can draw inclined splice.
You can enter data that are horizontal distance, vertical distance
and center gap.

  Pick first point: {p1}    [Pick two points. It determine angle of splice]
  Pick second point: {p2}  [Middle of two points is center of splice]
                               Now you can see a dialog box below image]

 
  
 
Whe you finish setting. Press ok button. Program draws Splice.
